Debye potentials for electromagnetic waves in the presence of a charged black hole
Description
Decoupled equations for the Debye potentials describing the interaction of electromagnetic waves with a charged black hole are solved near the outer horizon and at infinity. The results are valid not just for a small charge, but for any charge e provided modulus e < M, where M is the mass of the black hole. (author)
