Radiation-thermal synthesis of nanopowders of metals, oxides and supported catalysts

Description
Preparation of nanopowders of metals (Ta, Mo, Ag, Ni), oxides (SiO2, SiO, MgO, Al2O3, TiO2, Y2O3, Gd2O3) and supported catalysts in strongly nonequilibrium conditions are studied. The methods of preparation are evaporation by electron beam (1,4 MeV) in different gaseous media (rare gases, nitrogen), surface self-propagating thermosynthesis (SSPT) and pulsed surface thermosynthesis (PST). It is shown that the main component of installation (industrial accelerator) can produce high temperatures for evaporating any refractory materials. The process has high efficiency and productivity. It is shown that new synthesis methods (SSPT and PST) allow to prepare catalysts with the use of solid-phase transformation of applied precursors
Abstract (Russian)
Исследовано получение нанопорошков металлов (Ta, Mo, Ag, Ni), оксидов (SiO2, SiO, MgO, Al2O3, TiO2, Y2O3, Gd2O3) и нанесенных катализаторов в сильно неравновесных условиях методами: испарения электронным пучком (1,4 МэВ) в различных газовых средах (инертные газы, азот), поверхностным самораспространяющимся термосинтезом (ПСТ), импульсным поверхностным термосинтезом (ИПТ). Показано, что основной компонент установки (промышленный ускоритель) способен создавать высокие температуры для испарения любых тугоплавких материалов, процесс осуществляется с высоким КПД и производительностью. Показано, что новые методы синтеза (ПСТ и ИПТ) позволяют готовить катализаторы с использованием твердофазного превращения нанесенных предшественниковAdditional details
