Method of molybdenum surface treatment
Description
A new method of molybdenum surface treatment is suggested. To create granular surface with increased roughness anodic electrochemical etching in aqueous solution containing 10 - 25 mass % alkali metal carbonate at anodic current density 0.5 - 5 A/cm2 for 6 - 0.6 min is carried out before heat treatment. It is shown that the given method pemits to produce granular surface with increased roughness. It can be used in electrical industry and electronics to produce molybdenum soldering with glass and ceramics in various electrovacuum devices, as well as for the application of chemical and galvanic coatings to increase their adhesion to the base
