VVER upgrades - two years on
Description
The operators of VVER reactors in a number of countries must have felt that they had become international tourist attractions as, over the last few years, they became overwhelmed with well-meaning visitors from western organisations keen to help them improve nuclear safety standards on their plants. This article considers the benefits of such intervention. (Author)
