Description
Two case presentations are used to rank sonography, Ct and NMR imaging in the diagnosis of thorostrastosis, espec. in the light of tumour screening. Results showed sonography to be non-specific and unsuitable for screening examinations, whereas circumscribed hypodense lesions in Ct were indicative of suspected tumour with NMR being applicable as an additional technique to further verify intrahepatic masses of nuclear character. Abstract (German)
