Description
In order to improve the SOFC performance, the authors studied to reduce the thickness of the electrolyte and electric resistance by making the dense and thin film of 8 mol% yttria stabilized zirconia (USZ) The CO 2 laser evaporation (laser PVD) techniques has been newly developed. In this report, the authors have adopted these CO2, laser techniques for dense and thin YSZ anther conventional processes such as plasma spraying, low pressure plasma spraying and detonation spraying
