Dynamic model of solar activity

  • 1. Moskovskij Inst. Tonkoj Khimicheskoj Tekhnologii (USSR)

Description

Solar oscillations are studied in the framework of the model of a star as a pulsed thermonuclear reactor. According to the model when the wave is gone to the star periphery, internal regions start descending to the centre before the wave reaches the surface. It results in a complex interferential picture. Spherically symmetric one-dimensional gas flow in the gravity field is considered. To describe the process of shock wave propagation the system of equations of gas dynamics for the Lagrangian variables is used. The picture of wave interaction explains the idea of substance mixing in the Sun depth
