Effective surface potential for description of α particle interaction with nuclei

Description
Parameters of the hard (orbital momentum dependent) core potential allowing to describe the spectra and widths of the quasistationary α cluster states and the elastic scattering of α particles on the light nuclei 12C and 16O are found. The geometrical parameters of the found surface potential are close to the values known from the electron scattering
