The CdSe-Ga2Se3-GeSe2 system at 870 K

Description
The quasiternary CdSe-Ga2Se3-GeSe2 system at 870 K was investigated using X-ray phase and microstructural analysis. Wide regions of solid solutions of CdSe and Ga2Se3 and the isothermal intersection were established. Quaternary compounds were not found. (author). 10 refs, 2 figs
