Wormholes and black-hole pair creation

Description
The Author analyze the possibility of black holes pair creation induced by three-dimensional wormholes. Although this spacetime configuration is nowadays hard to suppose, it can be very important in the early universe, when the wormhole space-time foam representation can be meaningful. The Author compare our approach with the no boundary prescription of Hartle-Hawking
