Description
One of the most important conditions for Nuclear Power Plant operation is the steady demand throughout the period of its life cycle. This is prepared by all of the effort of supply and consumption side in relation, and the, thermal storage system at buildings and commercial site. Thirty thousand units were installed by customers and attained the usage of the capacity of 1.9 million kW of electricity. These results were supported by the effort of a governmental branch, an official center for spreading and constructional organizations. But the effectiveness of these efforts is not yet substantially explained to customers. Commissioning process would smartly be applied for this purpose of development. (author)
