Field emission from metallic films induced by infrared picosecond pulse laser radiation
Creators
Description
Field emission from metallic films, induced by infrared picosecond pulse laser radiation is considered. The tunnel and multiphonon emission from metal into vacuum is studied. The experimental situation under consideration indicated high sensitivity to increase in electrical field on micropoints and may be used for the surface laser scanning and determination of all micropoints
