A built-in column for the desorption of 222Rn and/or volatile petroleum substances and/or hydrocarbon halo derivatives with air from underground and surface waters
Creators
Description
The design is proposed of a built-in column for the desorption of 222Rn and/or volatile petroleum substances and/or hydrocarbon halo derivatives with air from underground and surface waters. The building blocks are constituted by systems of vertical sheets of polypropylene netting, every other sheet being corrugated so that the axes of the corrugations are horizontal. The corrugation amplitudes lie within the range 5 to 50 mm (preferrably 10 mm), their spacing (wavelength) is 5 to 100 mm (preferrably 30 mm). (P.A.). 3 figs
