Description
The method of X-ray fluorescence analysis with synchronous radiation for fluorescence excitation is used to control the main composition of HTSC films (Y-Ba-Cu-O) with detection limit of 1013 atom/cm2. Reproducibility of the analysis results is ∼ 0.4 % and can be improved by a new system of monitoring
