Liquid metal cooled fast breeder reactor comprising fertile fuel sub-assemblies fitted with a relatively small electromagnetic brake that maintains at a significantly constant level the outlet temperature of the coolant of at least some of the fertile substance sub-assemblies throughout the whole life of the fuel assembly without it being subjected to high pressure
