X-ray-induced cell cycle delay in human leukocytes: differential response within the first post-stimulation G1-phase
Description
The results, presented in tabular form, indicate an increasing sensitivity of human leukocytes to the cell-cycle delaying effect of x-radiation with increasing duration of the first post-PHA-stimulation G1-phase. Investigations were carried out using a BUdR-Giemsa labelling technique. (U.K.)
