High-spin states in 76Se
Description
The gamma rays of 76Se resulting from the 71Ga(7Li,2n) reaction were investigated by bombarding an enriched 71Ga target with 15- to 22-MeV 7Li ions. Measurements were made of gamma-ray singles and gamma-gamma coincidence spectra, excitation functions, gamma-ray angular distributions, and Doppler broadening of photopeaks. An energy-level scheme with spins and parities is shown. The yrast band is seen up to the 12+ member. 1 figure
