Polarization effects in diffractive disintegration of relativistic deuterons

Description

Deuteron diffractive dissociation is investigated. for extracting information on the deuteron structure and for determination of behaviour of S and D-components of the deuteron wave function at short distances. The dynamics of the deuteron diffractive disintegration is described in terms of Feynman diagrams treated relativistically, when the nucleons are described by the four-components Dirac spinors and deuteron is by the polarization 4-vector. 5 figs
