Express method of determining the concentration of 226Ra in building materials and its applications

Description
In this work we have met an express method of determining the concentration of 226Ra in building materials through its daughter products and its application in practice. As we can see from the results, this method is quite reliable and fast. The minus can be relatively narrow sphere of use, as it cannot be applied to building materials, where the radon emanation rate from grains is other than for the reference measurement. (author)
