Two-step quenching of steel Kh12M
Description
The conditions of two-step quenching and their influence on steel Kh12M mechanical properties are studied. The optimal combination of mechanical properties is stated to be attained at the following heat treatments: quenching from 1030 Deg C → 250 Deg C, 5 min → 560 Deg C, 60 min; tempering at 200 - 250 Deg C. These heat treatment conditions result in double values of impact strength and flexural strength and in a hardness increase of 0.5 HRC
Abstract (Russian)
Проведены исследования по оптимизации условий двухступенчатой закалки и их влиянию на механические свойства стали Х12М. Установлено, что оптимальное сочетание свойств достигается при следующем режиме термообработки: закалка с 1030 град С → 250 град С, 5 мин → 560 град С, 60 мин; отпуск 200 - 250 град С. При такой обработке ударная вязкость и прочность при изгибе увеличивается в 2 раза, твердость - на 0,5 HRCAdditional details
