Effect of γ- and neutron irradiation on electric conductivity of plumbum sulphide layers

Description
The investigation of γ- and neutron-irradiation effect on electric conductivity of polycrystalline layers of plumbum sulphide has been performed. It is stated that irradiations decrease the electric conductivity of layers. It is suggested that the changes observed are associated with structural ruptures of the crystallite surface under irradiation which leads to the occurence of energetic barriers for equilibrium carriers of current
