Description
Present article is devoted to study of features of structural and ferroelectric properties of R3Sb5O12 compounds (R = Gd, Pr,Nd, Er). Therefore, structural and ferroelectric properties of the new combinations of R3Sb5O12 compounds (R = Gd, Pr,Nd, Er) under the different temperatures including the temperature of transition phase have been studied for the first time. On the base of conducting researches it have been defined that all models of given combination tolerate (endure) the transitions of the ferroelectric phases. The dependence position of structural phase transition from the parameter of elementary cells and ionic radius of elation for the given family has been studied as well. (author)
