Anisotropy of ionic conductivity in Li3Fe2(PO4)3 single crystals

Description
Peculiarities of behaviour of σ conductivity in monocrystals of Li3Fe2(PO4)3 superionic conductor are considered. Anomalies of ionic electric conductivity are observed at different temperatures when measuring σ along different crystallographic directions. The maximal σ value is observed along b axis. Possible reasons of observed effects are discussed

Рассмотрены особенности поведения проводимости σ в монокристаллах суперионного проводника Li3Fe2(PO4)3. Аномалии ионной электропроводности наблюдаются при разных температурах при измерениях σ вдоль различных кристаллографических направлений. Наибольшее значение σ наблюдается вдоль оси b.
