Report of the reactor Operators Service - Annex F
Description
RA reactor operators service is organized in two groups: permanent staff (chief operator, chief shift operators and operators) and changeable group which is formed according to the particular operation needs for working in shifts. During 1982 the operators service staff participated in the following activities: installation and testing of the reactor control, and emergency cooling system, reconstructed special ventilation system, removal of gas and heavy water from the reactor vessel and primary coolant loop for future repair of pumps. During the reporting period from December 1981 - November 1982 there have been no accidents nor incidents tha would endenger safe operation and safety of the staff. But some failures of the equipment that were notified could affect the safety. These were: increase of He cover gas activity and inceased percent of air in the gas mixture; reactivity decrease and contamination of the space below the upper water shield; difficulties in heavy water distillation; increase of temperature gradient in the fuel channels
Abstract (Serbian)
Sluzba pogona reaktora RA sastoji se od dva dela: stalnog dela sluzbe (rukovodilac sluzbe, sefovi smena i operatori) i promenljivog dela sluzbe koji se formira za potrebe neposrednih pogonskih zadataka za rad u smenama. Tokom 1982. godine sluzba pogona ucestovala je u sledecim poslovima: provera i uhodavanje sitema za udesno hladjenje reaktora; ispitivanje rekonstruisanog sistema specijalne ventilacije; evakuacija gasa i teske vode iz reaktorskog suda i primarnog kola hladjenja zbog rekonstrukcije pumpi. Tokom perioda decembar 1981-novembar 1982 nije bilo akcidenata ni incidenata koji bi ugrozili bezbedan rad reaktora niti sigurnost osoblja. medjutim bilo je nekoliko kvarova opreme koji su mogli dovesti do incidentnih situacija: porast aktivnosti He gasa i procenta vazduha u gasnoj smesi; pad reaktivnosti reactora i kontaminacija prostora ispod gornje vodene zastite; teskoce u radu sistema destilacije teske vode; porast razlike temperatura na tehnoloskim kanalimaFiles
