Describes the technologic features of total-systems radiotherapy in the form of subtotal irradiation of patients with malignant ovarian tumots using standard photon sources of Rokus or LUE-15 gamma devices. Compares physicotechnologic and dosimetric provision of two variants of such therapy with a horizontal and vertical irradiation beams and analyzes the shortcomings and advantages of each of the methods, this permitting the choice of the optimal therapeutic scheme in various clinical situations
