Position sensitive x-ray detector of arc shape with stripped anode
Description
Design and specifications of position-sensitive x-ray arc shape detector are presented. Quantum emission efficiency for CuKα is 25%. Detector with 150 mm radius of curvature in the process of its filling with argon (60%) isobutane (40%) mixture has angular aperture of 120 deg, providing angular resolution of 0.14 deg. Detector may be used for x-ray diffraction studied
