Description

Cranial computed tomography is a 'must' in the diagnosis and course control of tuberculous meningo-encephalitis. Its significance even exceeds that of the liquor findings. The new procedure should be made use of on the slightest suspicion of a tuberculous propagation. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Das kraniale Computer-Tomogramm ist fuer die Diagnose und Verlaufsbeobachtung der tuberkuloesen Meningo-Enzephalitis zwingend erforderlich. Seine Bedeutung uebertrifft noch den Liquorbefund. Bereits beim Verdacht auf eine tuberkuloese Streuung sollte das neue Verfahren herangezogen werden. (orig.)
