Thin CdS film grown at a Cd anode
Description
An investigation of the mechanism and kinetics of the initial stages of the formation of CdS films at a polycrystalline Cd anode in aqueous sulfide solutions has commenced. This has been done over a wide range of HS-concentrations and for rhoH and 14 conditions. Also, the effect of a wide range of potential sweep rates on CdS film growth has been investigated. A discussion of the effect of these variables on the nature of the deposition and removal of these thin CdS films is presented
