Continuous operation of a pilot plant for the production of beryllium oxide

Description

A method of obtaining beryllium oxide with a purity of 99,2% was developed in a pilot plant with a capacity of 7 tons per month destined to operate continuously. The operation market prospects and control of production with the objective of obtaining internacional technical grade beryllium oxide are discussed

Abstract (Portuguese)

Foi desenvolvida uma tecnologia para obtencao de oxido de berilio em grau de pureza 99,2%, em uma usina piloto com capacidade de 7 t/mes, a ser colocada em funcionamento em producao continua. Discute-se esta operacao, as possibilidades do mercado e o controle da producao, objetivando obter grau tecnico internacional do oxido de berilio
