Management practice and innovation towards equipment manufacturer by operating unit of HPR 1000 during construction stage
Description
During construction of a nuclear power station, quality of nuclear power equipment means great significance for safe and stable operation of the power station. Efficient and rational management and control over quality of the nuclear power equipment by the operating unit during acquisition process may minimize adverse impact on engineering construction by equipment factors and ensure that the equipment quality complies with technical specifications and acceptance standards. By analyzing the current domestic status of nuclear power equipment manufacturing industry and combining manufacturing specificity of equipment for the national strategic Hualong One, this paper explores an effective quality management model for targeted and comprehensive quality improvement, which primarily includes three-level linkage, star rating management, and SMART precise planning. In addition, with model of innovative supervision and inspection, by intensifying manufacturing supervision and introducing dry run, conventional quality management tools are enriched and optimized. Results of practice indicate that this quality management model may produce favorable effects and provide reference and experience in terms of supplier quality management for constructing nuclear power plants.
