Description

Over the past years, fission cross-section data have been measured at the CERN n-TOF facility by using two different detection set-ups based on parallel plate avalanche counters (PPAC). The current set-up also provides the full fission fragment angular distribution which improves the accuracy of the fission cross-section measured. (authors)
