On the Coulombic scattering of a charged particle
Description
Treating the Coulombic scattering of a charged particle by a random distribution of scatterers strictly as a two-body process, following an argument familiar in stellar dynamics, removes the divergence of the differential cross section towards small scattering angles. (author)
