Liner source of radiation for pumping of Al-Mg short-wave laser
Description
Experiments on investigating plasma column radiation by Al limers compression at the facility with inductive accumulator and plasma current interrupter with the purpose of using this radiation for Al-Mg short-wave laser photopumping. Spectrograph with transmitting diffraction lattice providing for observation spectrum within the range of 10-120 A was applied. The spectrum analysis showed that radiation intensity distribution along the plasma column is essentially nonhomogeneous. Spectral radiation characterisrics are in good agreement with calculational ones
