How to avoid Tacoma bridge accident
Description
Vapor generators are subject to stress coming from heavy water flow at high temperature and pressure conditions. The resulting structure vibrations cannot be simply explained as resonance oscillations. They result from more complex fluid-structure interactions. (D.L.). 4 figs., 2 photos
