Der Autor beschaeftigt sich mit den Eigenschaften des Hochtemperaturreaktors (HTR) und beschreibt erste Betriebserfahrungen mit der Referenzanlage THTR-300. Des weiteren wird die HTR-Baulinie von BBC-HRB vorgestellt, und es werden wirtschaftliche Aspekte und zukuenftige Perspektiven diskutiert. (HAG)
