Description
Two Finnish power utilities, TVO (Teollisuuden Voima Oy) and IVO (Imatran Voima Oy), has set up a joint company to take care of the spent nuclear fuel in Finland. The new company, Posiva, began its operations at the beginning of the year 1996. The article shortly reviews the organisation and the main tasks of the Posiva. (1 fig.)
