Description
Only recently was the magnetic resonance imaging method (MRI) optimized to an extent advocating its application as a tool in clinical routine examinations for diagnostic evaluation of Crohn's disease. The paper gives a comparative outline analysis of currently applied diagnostic methods, such as ultrasonography, enteroclysis, and CT, and the progress achieved in clinical research into the applicability of MRI. Abstract (German)
