Investigation of coal-graphitic materials by the method of spectroscopy of combined scattering of light

Description

A linear dependence between the value reciprocal to the average value of ranges of coherent scattering of X-rays L and the ratio of peak band intensities about 1360 and 1580 cm -1 of Roman spectrum of carbon graphite materials which is violated in the L<5nm range, but reduces when using multiplications of peak heights by their semiwidths instead of amplitude intensities is obtained. Raman spectra permit to identify the type of structure (turbostatic, crystallite) and graphitation stage (precrystallization, graphitation proper) of carbon graphite materials
