Electronics readout for asynchronous events occurrence based on multi-correlated double sampling
Creators
Description
Electronics readout based on multi-correlated double sampling (multi-CDS) have been designed in the past for spectroscopy applications using multi-element semiconductor detectors. This technique can be employed when a synchronism signal is available. We present a new integrated circuit, based on multi-CDS, which can be used also for the detection of random events in absence of synchronism signal. A prototype of the circuit has been designed and produced. The first results of the experimental characterization are presented here
