Effect of residual interaction on the widths of product charge distributions of multi-nucleon transfer reactions
Description
Effect of the residual nucleon-nucleon interaction in nuclei on the widths of the product charge distributions of the 132Xe+120Sn, 132Xe+196Au, 132Xe+209Bi, 208Pb+208Pb multi-nucleon transfer reactions are investigated. It is shown that the residual interaction results in an increase of the calculated results for width of charge distribution (σ sub(Zsup(2))) by a factor of 2-3 as compared with that for the independent particle model
