Modification of the radioactive method for erythrocyte galactokinase assay

Description

A simple and reliable assay has been investigated and a number of methods have been proposed. The modification described here results in a complete recovery of radioactivity and gives an assay free of quenching. This modification has been proposed to make the assay more suitable for the study of some kinetic characteristics of erythrocyte galactokinase. (Auth.)
