Effect of the W-boson electric dipole moment in γe± → W±ν

Description
We study the possibility of observing CP-violation through the existence of an electric dipole moment of the W-boson in the process γe± → W±ν. Such an electric dipole moment could be detected in the backward direction, without interference of magnetic and electric quadrupole moments of the W. (orig.)
