The 2nd and 3rd angular harmonic amplitudes for cosmic ray diffusing in the interstellar medium ape calculated. The observed amplitude of the 2nd harmonic is due apparently to the inhomogeneity of the local galactic magnetic field at a scale of 3-10 pc
