Recovery and maintain of Au-Si surface barrier detector
Description
The methods of performance recovery by cleaning and disposal for Au-Si surface barrier detector that performance deteriorated and can not be used normally owing to be contaminated by radioactivity materiel, powder and oil, have been recommended. And the cautionary measures and the universal maintain methods for Au-Si surface barrier detector have been specified. (authors)
