The results of a study of the dependence of the electrical properties of zinc oxide thin films obtained by ion-beam spraying on the conditions of preparation are presented. The power factor of the synthesized samples is estimated in comparison with traditional thermoelectric materials

Приведены результаты исследования зависимости электрических свойств тонких пленок оксида цинка, полученных методом ионно-лучевого напыления, от условий получения. Проведена оценка фактора мощности синтезированных образцов по сравнению с традиционными термоэлектрическими материалами
