Lithium superionic conductors based on segnetoelectric solid solutions LixNa1-xTayNb1-yO3

Description
In Li0.12Na0.88TayNb1-yO3 (y=0-1) solid solutions existence of phase transitions, bringing about temperature hysteresis, jump in electric conductivity and a sharp decrease in activation energy, was ascertained. Moreover, at the temperatures, exceeding the transition ones, the value of the activation energy is ∼0.25 eV, and the temperatures of transitions in solid solutions of all the compositions studied are similar. Basis parameters of the transitions detected are similar to characteristics of superionic phase transitions
