Der vorliegende Bericht besehreibt die technischen Einzelheiten, zur Regelung: der Ofentemperaturen im. Zeitständsprüffeld des IRW (ZEMAK I): konstruktive Details der Zeitstandöfen, die elektronischen Regler, Verfahren beim Aufheizen, der Öfen. Die Messung der Probentemperaturen erfolgt mit Mantel - NiCr - Ni - TE unter Einsatz einer Datenerfassungsanlage mit Alarmeinrichtung. Zur Präzisionsmessung der Probentemperatur gehört die Kalibrierung der TE, die Messung des Temperaturfeldes im Zeitstandofen, eine geeignete Anordnung der TE an der Probe, die Kontrolle der TS-Eichpunkte, Prüfgeräte für die Datenerfassungsanlage. Eine Fehlerabschätzung für die Messung der Probentemperatur zeigt, daß die DIN - Vorschrift für die Abweichungen von der Solltemperatur eingehalten wird.Files
