Checking of stability of crystalline lattice of heat-resistant alloys with D019 superstructure near plane defects
- 1. Altajskij Gosudarstvennyj Tekhnicheskij Univ., Barnaul (Russian Federation)
Description
With the help of the method of γ-surface construction a study is made into atomic structure of defective areas in Ti2Al and Mg3Cd HCP-alloys which posses superplasticity, high heat and wear resistance. It is shown that in the basic planes the formation of three stable defect configurations is possible - a superstructural stacking fault, an antiphase boundary and a complex stacking fault. From the investigation results a scheme of possible dislocation transformation in alloys studied is proposed
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
