Analysis of fine sulfide inclusions on fracture surfaces of Cr-Ni-Mo steels
Description
Using the method of X-ray diffraction microanalysis sulfide inclusions on fracture surface were determined. It is ascertained that in sulfides of 15Kh2NMFA steel of a welded joint, made by electroslag weldings, fine and brittle chromium sulfides are detected, which contain manganese in a very small quantity and are easily distinguished from spherical manganese sulfides, and besides in sulfides mentioned iron is practically absent
