Noncooled semiconductor detectors on the basis of wide-band compound crystals grown from the gas phase

Description
The spectrometric characteristics of detectors on the basis of wide-band compounds (Ga As, Hg I2, Cd1-x Znx Te) crystals grown from the gas phase are investigated. It is shown that the gas-phase methods have good prospects in development of technology of crystals for non-cooled semiconductor detectors
